Set Up Auto-Reply (out of office)
*NOTE - if setting up an automatic reply for a mailbox that is not your own, but is one you have access to, please follow the instruction here and follow the instructions under the heading For your Browser and then return to this page.
- In your internet browser, navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail/
- Click on settings/gear icon located in the upper right corner of your browsers window."
- Navigate to Mail > Automatic Replies, or use the search bar in the upper left corner of this new window to search for the setting.
- Configure the settings as required. You can specify and end date and choose to send automatic replies outside your organisation if required.
