Staff encountering error message similar to below when trying to sign in to Minecraft Education on their Scotch owned device:

How can I resolve this issue?
To resolve the error and access Minecraft Education, please visit the IT Helpdesk prior to your class. An IT staff member will assist by entering special credentials required to complete the sign-in process on your behalf.
Will I need to do this every time I sign in?
No. Once the credentials have been entered and the initial sign-in is successful, you should be able to access the platform without needing
further assistance - unless you are prompted again due to updates or security resets.
