How to manage your junk email
Sometimes an email from a trusted source might be marked as spam or end up in your junk email folder by mistake. Sometimes, emails that are unsolicited and that should be marked as spam end up in your inbox.
To solve this problem, you can manage your own list of blocked and safe senders for any email accounts you manage.
-
Open your browser and sign into https://outlook.office.com
-
**Note** If you need to manage the junk email settings for a mailbox you have access to but isn't your own, please click on your profile picture/initials and select 'open another mailbox'.
-
In the icon bar in the top right corner of your browser, near your Outlook profile picture/Initials click on the 'settings' cog.
-
From the left hand menu, select Mail > Junk email.
- You can now add email address by clicking +Add under either 'Blocked senders & domains' and 'Safe senders & domains'.
